About us

Care built around dignity, comfort and independence

Who we are, what we believe, and how we are regulated.

Who we are

Because We Believe Every Senior Deserves the Best Care

Our support goes beyond just health. We enrich daily life, bring comfort, and make every moment feel special — because they've earned it.

At Caramel Healthcare, we believe every senior deserves to age with dignity, comfort, and independence. Whether it's support with daily tasks, companionship, or specialised care, we're here to ensure every senior feels safe, valued, and empowered in their own home.

What we believe

Our values

🌱

Dignity first

Every task is done with privacy, patience and respect for how the person likes things.

🧗

Independence

We do with, not for. People stay in charge of their own day for as long as they can.

🤝

Consistency

Familiar carers, clear plans and honest communication so families are never guessing.

🛡️

Safety

Careful routines, home safety awareness and early reporting of any change.

💗

Kindness

Warmth is not an extra. It is how good care feels from the first visit.

🔒

Openness

We explain what we can and cannot do, and tell you plainly if another service would suit better.

How we work

Our approach to care

1

Listen

We start by asking about the person, not the diagnosis: routines, history, likes and worries.

2

Plan

Together we agree a written plan covering what help is needed, when and how.

3

Match

We introduce carers who suit the person and keep the team small and consistent.

4

Review

We check in regularly and adjust the plan when circumstances or wishes change.
